Beaulieu Farm Campsite Booking Terms & Conditions

Check in/out:

Check in is from 15:00 until 19:00.

Booking Conditions

By making a booking, you become responsible for all payments due. A contract between you and Beaulieu Farm Campsite will apply when we receive your deposit and send a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, please contact us using the details on our Contact page. Check your confirmation carefully and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect.

We can only accept amendments or booking enquiries from the person who made the original booking.

By booking, you’re accepting full responsibility for yourself, your group, your children, and your pets, and agree to follow these Booking Conditions and our site rules.

We’re not responsible for any damage, loss or injury to members of your party, vehicles or possessions.

Showers are operated by £1 coins, with each giving 5 minutes of hot water.

Who We Accept

We accept bookings from the following:

  • Families
  • Couples
  • Groups aged 18 and over (by prior arrangement; max 4 people per party)
  • Groups aged 16–17 when accompanied by an adult
  • Duke of Edinburgh or similar groups

We do not accept bookings from stag or hen parties, or unaccompanied under-18s.

Important: If it becomes evident that a group has booked via multiple small or large bookings, all bookings will be refused and cancelled. You will be asked to leave the campsite and no refunds will be given.

Arrivals and Departures

Please do not arrive before 3.00pm. We are a working farm and staff will be busy elsewhere before then.

Pitches must be vacated by 10.00am on your day of departure.

Pitch Capacity

There must be no more than six people per pitch, unless agreed with us in advance.

Vehicles

One car is included with your pitch booking and can be parked alongside your pitch. We have very limited space for extra vehicles. If you need to bring an additional car, it must be included on your booking form and will be charged at £6 per night.

Site Rules (Driving)

Please note the following vehicle rules:

  • The site speed limit is 5mph throughout.
  • Racing of vehicles is strictly prohibited. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave immediately.
  • Giving driving lessons on-site is not allowed. All drivers must hold a full driving licence and have insurance. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the site.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Changes by You

If you need to cancel your booking, contact us immediately and confirm in writing. The following terms apply:

  1. More than 4 weeks before arrival: you lose the non-refundable deposit.
  2. Less than 4 weeks before arrival: you lose your full payment.

If you booked through a third-party platform, their own terms and charges may apply. We only refund the portion of the fee we receive from them.

Refunds are subject to a 5% admin charge (minimum £2.00). We do not offer refunds or changes due to poor weather.

We’re not responsible for cancellations or costs caused by events outside our control (including war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, and other Force Majeure events). We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover these risks.

If you booked over the phone, you have 24 hours to email us if you do not accept our terms. After that, we will assume you do.

Cancellation or Changes by Us

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll try not to make changes. But in rare cases, we may need to amend or cancel your booking. We reserve the right to do so if necessary.

Travel Insurance

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss, damage or injury. As a small business, we can’t act as your insurer or rearrange bookings due to personal circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at the discretion of the site management.
